Excellent Stay in a Traditional Setting
airport pick-up rooftop area copious breakfast
The staff was attentive to all needs. The airport pick-up was arranged with great flexibility despite delays. Tea and Moroccan pastries were offered upon arrival. This was a lovely welcome. I appreciated the rooftop area where I could unwind. The breakfast offered a copious selection of foods.
The room was rather basic. It could benefit from soundproofing due to nighttime noise from outside.

Acceptable stay, but some issues present
broken showerhead poor maintenance
The location was quite good, within walking distance of key attractions.
The room looked worn, and I found several maintenance issues. The showerhead was broken, made showering difficult. the bathroom door did not close properly, impacting privacy. I had booked a beautiful room, but its condition did not reflect that standard.

useful introduction hot water perfect eggs
the staff gave me tea upon my arrival. it included a very useful introduction about the area. the bathroom was big, it had lots of hot water and a great shower head. breakfast food was lovely, and the eggs were perfect.
the room was a bit noisy during the night.

convenient location rooftop terrace friendly staff
The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main square. i appreciated the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed drinks there. the staff were friendly. Mustafa and the receptionist were especially helpful.
The room was a bit noisy at night. I could hear sounds from the street.
